Websites, booking systems and digital tools that help small businesses get more customers and waste less time.
Hammered into shape by hand, built to take a beating, delivered gleaming. No agencies, no nonsense.
For small businesses, trades and local firms across South Wales.
Three things that get a local business found and booked. Everything else we build sits underneath them.
Fast, hand-coded websites that help a small business look as established as the big ones. Mobile-first, search-friendly, and built to turn visitors into customers rather than just look nice.
The free listing that puts you on the map when someone nearby searches for what you do. Set up properly — categories, services, hours, service areas, photos, and a review link so you start building a rating.
Across the two client profiles we've set up, Google reported 710 views and 75 interactions between May and October 2026.
Already have a profile? We'll optimise it — £75, no website needed.
Enquiry forms built around how you actually take jobs — dates, times, passenger counts, job types — landing straight in your inbox. No app, no login, no monthly fee.
Built for clients who need more than a website. Quoted separately, because the scope varies too much for a fixed price.
We dig into your business — what you sell, who buys it, and what's currently costing you customers.
Design and build, fast. You see real progress in days, not months, and you shape it with us as it forms.
Testing on real phones, real screens, real customers. Refined until it's hard-wearing and flawless.
Launched, handed over, and supported. Cooled to gun-blue and built to last — you own it outright, no hostage fees, no lock-in.
In plain English: free chat about your business → we recommend what's actually worth doing → we design and build it → you see it live and we tweak it together → it goes live and we're still here afterwards.
Trusted by local businesses across South Wales
Taken from the Google Business Profile performance reports for Marc Nash Plumbing & Heating (323 views, 29 interactions) and Porky's Pic'ups (387 views, 46 interactions), for the period Google reports as May 2026 to October 2026. Views and interactions are Google's own metrics — how many people saw the listing, and how many then tapped to call, visit the website or get directions. They are not sales, and we make no claim that every one became a paying customer. What we do claim is that neither business was appearing in those searches before. Happy to show you the actual reports.
A Gas Safe registered engineer working entirely on word of mouth, with no website and nothing for customers to find when they searched for a plumber locally.
Between May and October 2026 the Google profile was seen 323 times and produced 29 interactions — calls, website clicks and direction requests from people who'd never have found him before.
Bookings coming in by phone and Facebook message, with no central record of who was going where and when.
Bookings arrive in one place instead of three. Between May and October 2026 the Google profile we set up was seen 387 times and produced 46 interactions, with new five-star reviews coming in from customers.
A premium private-hire operator relying on repeat customers and referrals, with nothing online to win corporate or airport work from people who'd never met him.
Something to send a business customer that looks the part, with a fixed-quote enquiry route instead of a phone number and hope.
Both were running on Facebook posts alone — no way for a customer to request a price without messaging and waiting.
Both now have somewhere to send people that takes a proper enquiry, works on a phone, and doesn't disappear down a feed after two days.
A brand new minibus and taxi firm starting from nothing — PSV licensed and CPC qualified, with vehicles on the road and no way for anyone to find or book them.
Went from no online presence to a full booking system taking enquiries day and night, with the vehicles, services and coverage all laid out properly. Bookings land straight in his inbox instead of being missed calls.
Not on the list? That's fine — tell us what you do and we'll say honestly whether we can help.
Nobody can promise you the top spot on Google, and anyone who does is selling you something. What we do is build your presence so Google properly understands your business and local customers can find you.
Most people who find a local trade or taxi firm are standing outside holding a phone, often in a hurry. That's who we design for first.
Every build starts with your business, not a theme someone else already sold a hundred times.
On final payment, the lot is yours. No proprietary platform, no hostage fees, no requirement to stay with us.
Running cost afterwards: roughly £10 a year for the domain. That's it. Take it to another developer whenever you like — nothing is locked.
A website is often only half the problem. If a job in your business is slow, manual or living in a notebook, it can usually be built into something better.
Priced per job after a look at what you're doing now — tell us the problem.
“Really happy with what Forged Digital did for Porky’s Pic’ups. The Google profile they set up has had 215 views in 3 weeks and brought in new customers, the booking system does exactly what I need. Works on a phone and can be added like an app.”
Left on our Google Business Profile five weeks ago — the 215 views Simon mentions were the figure at the time he wrote it; that profile is now on 387. See it on Google →
No monthly retainer, no support contract. You pay when you actually need something.
Most digital agencies understand websites. We understand businesses.
We build for small businesses because that's who we understand — the ones where the owner answers the phone, does the job and does the invoicing afterwards. That shapes everything we build.
We build websites, CRM systems and automation that help businesses win more customers and save time. Every tool is built to earn its keep — because we know which problems actually eat your week, and we build the tools that kill them.
You deal directly with the people building your project — from the first conversation to launch and after. No account managers, no salespeople, no agency overhead — just honest advice and work built properly.
You speak to the people building it — no call centres, no account managers, no middlemen.
Agreed upfront. No surprise invoices later.
Local, reachable, and easy to sit down with.
No lock-in, no hostage licensing — it's yours outright.
First working version in around 7 days, not months.
Built to win you customers and save you time, not just to look nice.
Tell us what you need and we'll tell you what we'd recommend — no pressure, no obligation, no sales team. Free chat, honest answer, fixed price before anything starts.
Message received — we'll be in touch within one working day.
A quick Google review takes a minute and helps other local businesses find us.

Most businesses take Standard — it's the one that looks established and gets you found. Starter is there if you just need a single page to point people at, and Multi-page is for when you need separate pages for services, fleet, reviews and the rest.
Fixed price, agreed upfront — 50% deposit to start, balance on launch, or split over three monthly payments at no extra cost. You own everything: the code, the design, the domain. What it costs to run: the domain renewal, roughly £10 a year, billed at cost and registered in your name. Hosting is free and stays free. There is no mandatory management fee and no contract keeping you here — if you ever want to move the site elsewhere, you can take it with you.
Add-ons: Google Business Profile setup only £75 (includes review-request link so you start collecting Google reviews) · extra page or section £45 · dedicated service page built for local search £45 · updates after launch £25 each — a flat price per change, no hourly clock.
